BRO founder Robert Breault was quoted in a story about the U.S. government's decision to cap H-1B foreign-worker visas at 65,000 - and to unexpectedly stop accepting applications altogether in April. He said that the United States "lives on innovation and entrepreneurship, and when we get dumbed down [by limiting the numbers of highly trained foreign workers] then the U.S. economy will be less competitive."
