Bookings arrive through the app from vehicle owners at hotels, restaurants, clubs, events and private residences. No tendering, no client acquisition, no sales cycle.
Shifts, not scraps
Assignments carry a two-hour minimum and cluster around predictable windows - evenings, weekends, event nights - so they schedule against your existing roster.
Paid on a fixed cycle
Bro invoices the customer and pays your firm on agreed terms. You are not chasing a consumer for payment.
Your licence, your officers
Your people remain your employees under your licence and your insurance. Bro does not employ them, direct them outside the assignment brief, or put them in a vehicle.
One brief, every job
A documented protocol covering arrival photography, condition reporting, crowd and photography management, incident escalation and handback. No improvisation.
Coverage you choose
You set the districts you cover and the hours you accept. Nothing is dispatched outside them.
What we require
The standard is the product.
Customers are not buying a guard. They are buying the certainty that the person beside a six-figure vehicle was screened to a standard and is not permitted to drive it.
- Current security company licence for every jurisdiction you would cover
- General liability cover at the level your market requires, with Bro named as additional insured
- Workers compensation or the local equivalent for every officer assigned
- Documented screening: criminal background check, identity and right-to-work verification, employment history
- Drug testing policy, pre-assignment and for cause
- Officers employed by the firm - not subcontracted individuals or gig labour
- Uniform standard appropriate to five-star venues
- Ability to accept and confirm an assignment within fifteen minutes during covered hours
