What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and any optional information such as phone number, city, company or message.

When you make a booking we additionally record the vehicle details you select, the market, duration and protection level, and the resulting price.

We record the IP address a submission came from, solely to rate-limit automated abuse.

What we do with it

Enquiries are stored and forwarded to vip@bro.com so a member of the BRO team can respond. Bookings are stored so they can be fulfilled and audited.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with venues, providers or any third party beyond what is necessary to deliver the service you requested.

Vehicle valuations, where provided, are held privately. They are never displayed publicly, shared with venues, or used for any purpose other than determining protection eligibility and pricing.

Retention

Enquiries and booking records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and are deleted on request where we are not required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to vip@bro.com.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights. We will honour them.
