Legal
Terms
Last updated 20 September 2026.
This document is a working draft published during private beta. Final terms will be issued by BRO's counsel before commercial launch and may differ materially.
The service
BRO provides two services. BRO Guard dispatches a licensed protection professional to a vehicle at a location you specify. BRO Vault provides a reservable, individually secured vehicle enclosure at a participating venue.
BRO is not a valet service, a parking operator, an insurer, or a custodian of your vehicle. With BRO Vault you retain your keys and your vehicle at all times.
Licensing
BRO works with appropriately licensed security professionals and security providers where required by local law. Operating structure, licensing requirements and service availability vary by jurisdiction. Protection professionals are licensed, verified, vetted and professionally screened.
BRO does not represent that any protection professional is a law enforcement officer, and does not present off-duty law enforcement as guaranteed supply.
Bookings and pricing
The price shown before you confirm is the price of the booking, including any applicable surcharges and the service fee. Surcharges that apply to your booking are itemised before confirmation.
A minimum booking duration applies to BRO Guard. Extending a session re-prices the booking at the new total duration.
Availability shown during private beta is indicative. A booking is not a guarantee of supply until it is confirmed.
Limits of the service
A protection professional observes, documents and deters. They are not required to physically intervene, and will not do so where it would be unlawful or unsafe.
BRO does not accept liability for loss or damage arising other than through its own negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms will be replaced by final terms issued by BRO’s counsel before commercial launch. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance of the final terms.
