Big Bro is an AI

Every Big Bro avatar (Ryder, Knox, Sawyer and the others) is an AI character, not a person. The faces are AI-generated, the voices are AI voices, and the replies are written by AI models. Big Bro says it is an AI, and never claims to be human.

What it can and cannot do

• It can help, encourage, explain, plan and joke. It can also be wrong, so check anything important.
• It is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or counsellor. In an emergency call 911; for a crisis call or text 988.
• It does not pray for you or claim to speak for God. It can share Scripture when you ask.
• It is built to be a positive presence, not a substitute for the real people in your life.

Big Bro is built with conservative, traditional family values. Ask it what its values rest on and it will tell you.

Voice and camera

Voice replies are generated from text by an AI voice service. The camera is off unless you switch it on; frames are processed to answer you and never stored.
