Big Bro refund policy

Plans

• First month: if Big Bro is not for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in

full, minus any credits beyond 10 % of the month's allowance you already used.

• Later months: cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan to the end of the paid period. Partial

months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

• Billing mistakes (a double charge, a charge after you cancelled) are always refunded in full.

Credit packs

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable. A refund removes the credits it covers from your balance.

How to ask

Use the contact page with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we answer fast. A chargeback pauses paid use on the account while it is open.
