What Big Bro is

Big Bro is an AI personal assistant on bro.com. It is not a person, and it says so. It gives general information, encouragement and ideas built on conservative, traditional family values. It is not medical, legal, tax, financial or mental-health advice and it can be wrong. In an emergency call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number. If you are thinking about suicide, call or text 988.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. Plans, credit packs and the camera are for adults (18+). Teens get the age-appropriate mentor with extra limits.

Plans and credits

• Big Bro Normal ($99/month) and Big Bro Genius ($199/month) renew every month until you cancel. Each paid month

includes the monthly credits shown on the plan card; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

• Credit packs ($10, $30, $100) are one-time purchases. Bought credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Each reply, voice minute or extra (for example a custom look) uses credits at the rate shown in the app. Fair-use

limits per day apply and are shown in the app.

• Prices include no hidden fees. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Free samples

Visitors get a few free replies to try Big Bro. Free samples are limited per person, device and network, and we may change or pause them.

Renewal, cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel any time at bro.com/cancel in one click, or from Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next

renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

• Refunds: see the refund policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, your plan pauses until the card is updated. We do not start a second plan.

Your conduct

Follow the acceptable use rules. We may limit or end access for abuse, fraud, chargeback fraud or attempts to break the service.

Content and accuracy

Answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with a qualified person. Scripture quotes come from the Berean Standard Bible text when you ask for them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new date, and for plan members also emailed at least 14 days before they apply to a renewal.
